If you are visiting Queensland, Australia, there are two island you must visit that are easy access from Brisbane. Moreton island aka Tangalooma, and North Stradbroke island.

I was blown away by these 2 islands, they are so beautiful and full of fun. Although my photos are all about my holiday outfits, I will give you some quick tips for travel. I won’t show all the best things on the island, I hope you go and discover them yourself (the new way of travel blog).

I went on the island trip for day tours, I did not stay over night given last minute booking situation. All my outfits are from Noracora, their Casual Dresses range has so much to offer. Whether it is an effortless everyday look or a relaxing holiday. The first dress is so good for creating a beach boho vibe. It is so easy to hide my swimwear inside and also protect my skin from getting sunburn. The last dress is a shirt dress, it can dress up or down, I can’t wait to style it again with a belt and boots.

Alright, enough about the outfit, I ll list down the difference between the 2 islands for your reference.

Moreton island:

• over an hour passenger boat from Brisbane
• great for snorkelling, sand surfing, 4 wheel bike riding, kayaking, standup paddling, dolphin feeding and relaxing
• the beach is beautiful, family friendly, a lot of sea plants from the ocean, wave is mild
• no main road for car driving, tourism mainly

North Stradbroke island:

• less than an hour ferry, bring your own car
• great for hiking, beaching, explore the nature, wildlife, able to spot koalas, kangaroos and whales
• massive surfing spot, the wave tend to be big and stronger, the beach is very clean, with a lot of shells, water is very clear
• there is main road that you can drive around, there is community, residents that live there, bus available
